An introduction
The Bahowo Lodge opened its doors in summer 2003. The English couple Phil and Paula, designed, built and now run this extraordinary residence. The lodge is just a 10 minute drive from Thalassa Dive Center (transfers are free) and is located in the quiet fishing village Bahowo,15 km north of Manado.
Room Facilities
The lodge offers a luxury suite, a suite of two adjoining rooms, large family room for 4 or 5 people and 4 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a sea, mountain and/or garden view. All rooms have air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Other facilities
The meals at the Bahowo Lodge are famous because of Sultie’s cooking. This local cook gets only the freshest products from the market - or from the Lodge’s own garden - and creates the most delicious Indonesian and European dishes. These meals as well as the drinks are usually served outside on one of the many terraces in the vast, well-maintained garden. Here you will also find the private pool with terrace and sun beds, shaded seating, the barbecue, and a gazebo specially for relaxing massages.
