Not just another PADI Dive Center in Manado, North Sulawesi

We would like to make a difference. We like to be different from other companies and to make a difference to your holiday experience. That is why we honor our slogan: Come as a guest, leave as a friend!
Many guests before you already felt, that this statement is not a hollow phrase, but the true feeling of most guests leaving for their home after their stay.
How we do it? Just by being ourselves and enjoying what we are doing. The sincere friendliness and happy “sorrow free” attitude of our local staff are the key of our secret.
We also like you to feel free. Free to enjoy your holiday the way you want to. That is why we offer you “flexible scheduling”.
Make the exact number of dives you want to, be on the boat if you want to, make a tour if you want to or just relax at the pool if you feel like doing so. Our boats leave 4 times per day with fixed departure times and we only need to know, when you would like to make your first dive on the next day.

Quality Services Before, While and After Every Dive

If you would like to book an “all in” package, we also offer you our “one-stop” booking service.

Whether the booking is for accommodation, diving, snorkeling, transfers to the islands of Bunaken National Park or tours, you can book everything by just sending us an email.

Once you are here, you will feel our personalized and specialized service. You just drop off your dive equipment and we will do the rest. Our “care & carry service” is without limits. Your equipment will be brought to the boat every day, tanks will be changed in between dives and at the end of the day, your gear will be washed and stored in our dedicated equipment room. Our 24 hours security makes sure that your valuable equipment is well protected.

Don’t worry about bringing drinks and towels to the boat. Everything is prepared for. You just go and dive…. We guess that is the one thing you will want to do yourself !

A New Generation

Although “officially” not being involved in the school, Thalassa Dive Center supports the new generation of dive guides. The children got trained in servicing Aqualung equipment sponsored by Aquasport Jakarta, Aqualung and Thalassa Dive Center.
Besides that they are being trained to become great spotters and learn to protect and even research the reefs. For sure you will meet them if you dive with us.

Specialized and Multilingual

Do you have special diving or snorkeling needs? Let us know. We have “specialized guides” for any kind of diver. Whether your are a beginner, a photographer or interested in specific animals we have the right person for you to help you.

Our professional PADI Instructors are qualified to teach most PADI programs and our multilingual staff can give briefings and communicate with you in English, Dutch, German, Indonesian and Japanese.

The last but not least extra service is our personal log sheet, which every diver and snorkeler receives upon check-out; it is a nice souvenir from probably one of the nicest places you have ever been.
