The 4 Fish Guesthouse: Introduction
On North Sulawesi in the Bunaken National Park, at 10 minutes walking distance from 5* Dive Center Thalassa, you'll find a small guesthouse called "The 4 Fish".
"The 4 Fish" is located in the beautiful village Tongkeina, where you will see the children walking to school in the morning, where the bullock-carts are still riding by and where on Sundays the local population walks, all dressed up, to church.
The 4 Fish Guesthouse: Facilities
The guesthouse has six small but comfortable rooms with a large, shared veranda of 8 by 22 meters offering a stunning view over the rice fields, banana plants and coconut trees.
Each room has a ceiling fan and a bathroom with a western-style toilet and shower. There are 4 rooms available with a queen-size double bed and 2 rooms with two single beds.
The Dutch owners, Jan and Ineke, are serving breakfast and dinner. The Guesthouse serves local dishes as well as European food. Cold beverages are available at all times. In the small garden, you can relax around (or in) the small swimming pool in an almost Balinese atmosphere.
